FHA Loans
Our FHA program sets a minimum credit score requirement of 580 for Automated Underwriting System (AUS) approval or 550 for manual approval. Additionally, we accommodate non-credit qualifying streamline refinances and accept gift funds to assist with your down payment and closing cost. Furthermore, we offer cash-out refinancing up to 80% Loan-to-Value (LTV).

USDA Loans
